We want you to be happy with the Service. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Free trial
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you were charged in error or the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
WhatsApp messaging charges
Messaging charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, so refunds for them are handled by Meta, not by us.
Wallet credits
Unused wallet credits are not refundable except when you close your account, in which case the remaining balance (minus payment gateway fees and taxes) may be refunded on request within 30 days.
Add-ons and virtual numbers
Add-ons and virtual numbers are non-refundable once activated.
How to request
Email support@mirachdigital.com with your workspace name and payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
