Delete your account

• Workspace owners can ask us to delete the workspace, which removes contacts, conversations, templates, campaigns and team members.
• Email support@mirachdigital.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”.

Disconnect Facebook and WhatsApp

You can remove our app at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select the app → Remove. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays yours; only our access is removed.

What happens next

We delete your workspace data and the access tokens we received from Meta within 30 days of the request, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices), and confirm by email when it is done.
