Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, company and billing details.
• Workspace data: contacts, messages, templates and campaign data you process through the Service.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and feature usage.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

How we use information

• To provide, secure and improve the Service.
• To send messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform on your instructions.
• To bill you and prevent fraud.
• To communicate product updates (you can opt out of marketing).

Roles

For contact and message data you upload, you are the data controller and we act as a processor. For account and website data, we are the controller.

Sharing

We share data with Meta (to deliver WhatsApp messages), cloud hosting, payment and analytics providers under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; access tokens are encrypted at rest; access is role-based and logged.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@mirachdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.
