Prerequisites
Before connecting WebEngage, make sure you have the following ready.
- An active workspace on any paid plan (or the free trial)
- A connected WhatsApp Business API number
- At least one approved template for the messages you want to send
How it works
Connecting WebEngage

In WebEngage, go to Channels → WhatsApp → Add WSP and choose our platform

Give the configuration a name and add your WhatsApp number

Regenerate and copy the WebEngage key
4
Paste the WebEngage key and webhook endpoint in Settings → Integrations → WebEngage
5
Sync templates and send a test message
